The Midnight Vault

My journey with the written word began when I was nine, scribbling poetry and little stories. By twelve, I had finished my first full-length manuscript, and at sixteen, I won my first poetry award. Writing has always been the steady thread running through my life.

You may encounter my traditionally published works through HarperCollins. Or maybe you've read my prose secretly woven into other authors’ books during my more than two decades as a ghostwriter. But while those public works unfolded, another passion was quietly brewing in the shadowsmy unpublished manuscripts. Stories steeped in mystery, shadow, and enduring faith, never read by anyone beyond my front door. And now they're stepping into the light.

This collection spans decades: poetry, short stories, standalone novels, and novel series written in study halls, at the library, during office lunch breaks, in the middle of the night while holding my infant, on vacations, between client deadlines, and always for the pure love of the craft. The novels range from gripping, atmospheric Christian Gothic suspense to immersive Christian dark fantasy, as well as rich short stories and novellas, deep narrative poetry, and even a few children’s books.

Some of these manuscripts were written many years ago; others were completed more recently (but no later than 2025). Every piece is entirely human-authored by me and formally verified as such by the Authors Guild.

Most novels, novellas, and poetry are under the surname Frost.  This is a passive project, with quiet releases. No bells, whistles, pre-order links, or marketing campaigns accompany them.
